What are my chances of this happening?

I was on antibiotics for about 10 days (three days of one and seven of another) and i took my last pill yesterday morning. my doctor also prescribed a one day diflucan pill in case i got a yeast infection. if i took my last antibiotic pill yesterday do i still have a chance of developing a yeast infection?
