Atheist arrested for simulating sex act with a minor?

Lets look at the complete facts. She was irritated by a basketball hoop being erected near her home and annoyed by the noise generated by the kids. She yelled at the kid in question playing basketball there for being loud. Then when his dad approached her home, apparently to discuss the situation, she made loud noises inside like she was engaged in a sex act. The parent's of the kid filed a complaint about her being lewd in front of a minor. While I agree her behavior was inappropriate and childish I hardly think it equates to all the religious authority figures who were actually raping children.
