Help with audio tweaking in a video?

So we recorded a video and our someone was using a lawn mower/leaf blower across the street. We don't have time to re shoot it. You can still understand what the actors are saying but it is very distracting. I have exported the mp3. Is there anyway we can cut out that noise that is through out the video? I have adobe soundbooth, audacity, garageband.
