Help I can't find out why I have stomach pain all the time?

I have been really sick for the last 15 days. Have been to the emergency department over a week ago as I couldn't get a GP apt. They thought it was a bladder infection. Bloods were normal and so was urine specimen, but they made that called after a pelvic exam. Got put on antibiotics but they haven't helped. I'm having real problems getting an appointment with my GP. My symptoms are lower stomach pain, gas, noisy stomach, bowel not working properly. It gets worse after eating or drinking and i can't sleep with the pain. Any suggestion on cause or what to do what do good.
