What are some good books to read?

First, I read a little of the breadwinner. Second, I once read this book about maybe Indonesia getting hit by a tsunami (Indonesia had a big one) and the town being devastated. It focuses on an Indonesian boy and an American tourist girl on vacation there. God! I can't remember the name but you might like it. Sorry......
