On a mission to gain 22lbs of Muscle, Help?
How old are you? And that sounds like youre over training for sure. If youre a hardgainer, aka have a hard time putting on weight etc, the you should only train 3-4 days a week. I know it doesnt sound like much, but you will achieve much better results in doing so. Also eat a lot. Like A LOT. Shoot for 4-5 meals a day. Also If you are trying to get bigger and not just tone you should lower your reps to a 5-6 range. Maybe 7, but no more than that. With that you should put on more weight. If you want to get bigger you want to shoot for more weight, less reps. If you want to get tone its opposite. I know this from experience. I used to life a lot. Heavily and daily and wasnt getting results. Finally i found a good resistance regimen and stuck to it. I went from 155 to 180 in two years. Also theres no such thing as "getting big fast". It takes a lot of time and a lot of dedication. Im not trying to tell you what to do, just trying to help. Cheers
