Stepped on a screw, Do i need a tetanus shot?

Yesterday i stepped on a screw that fell off of a chair, there was no rust and my foot bled a bit, but i cleaned it/used some antibiotic ointment, and have kept it covered. There hasn't been any pain, but i haven't had a tetanus shot in 7 years, and i wasn't sure if i should get one or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
