Is it a coincidence to see 4 numbers on paper and notice it on a building?

Is it a coincidence to read an essay by a person named Deborah in which you have not noticed such a name for quite some time and suddenly meet a person name Deborah a few hours later? While viewing through random facebook photos and eating a banana, is it a coincidence to see a photo of someone eating banana in which you have not noticed any kind of such photo for a while? Is it a coincidence to learn your section course number and see the same band of numbers on a building while ridding the bus to the next campus? I have more of the same situation. Has anyone experienced these types of situations before?
