Can being on antibiotics, steroids for tonsillitis could cause a missed or irregular period.?

I got tonsillitis and was put on steroids for swollen throat and antibiotics. soon after i got sick again was tested for mono and tested positive i was put on more steroids for my swollen tonsils and pain killer. could all these medications lead to a missed period or irregular period?
